Shopping with 3 kids is never easy, but now that the twins are not babies, it is doable. The past couple of weeks the boys have helped me at the grocery store and we have gone to the bakery. (The bakery is the old yellow house in the background). Granted, I cannot plan a large shopping trip since the boys take up most of the room in the basket.
